This policy explains what information Vurbify ("we", "us") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to vurbify.com and the Vurbify service.
Information we collect
- Account information: your name, email address and password, or the details you share when signing in with a third-party account.
- Meeting content: audio, video, chat messages, transcripts, summaries and action items from meetings held on Vurbify, according to your workspace's settings.
- Workspace information: workspace names, members, roles, invitations and settings.
- Usage and technical information: log data, device and browser information, IP address, and how you use the service.
- Messages you send us: for example, emails to [email protected].
How we use information
- To provide the service, including meetings, transcription, search, summaries and action items.
- To let agents and integrations you connect access your meetings, within the permissions you and your workspace set.
- To secure, maintain and improve the service, and to prevent abuse.
- To communicate with you about your account and the service.
- To meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
We use trusted service providers, including cloud hosting, email and AI providers, to deliver features such as transcription, search and summaries. They process data on our behalf and only as needed to provide those services.
Agents and integrations you connect
If you connect an AI agent or other integration to Vurbify, it can access meeting data within the permissions you grant. How that provider handles the data is governed by your agreement with them.
Retention
We keep information for as long as your account or workspace is active, or as needed to provide the service. Workspace owners and admins can set how long meeting data is kept. We may keep some information longer where required by law.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, email [email protected].
Children
Vurbify is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
